お店をやってみたいなぁと思っていたら、縁あってか2k540にお店を出せることになりました。

こんな感じになるんだそうです。
12/10オープンです、あせります！

LITSTAのお店では、
サンプルを見て、素材を選んでいただいてのオーダーをメインにやっていきます。
全部の商品をお店の中で最初から最後までつくるんです。
私の今までずっとやりたかった形に挑戦できることになったんです！

まずは、お店に並べるサンプルをつくって、
今後使う材料もそろえて、
内装をどうやってつくるか考えて自分でつくって、
家具も探して、
いろんな小さな備品も用意して、
あとは何をすればいいんだろ！？

高校のときのカフェでのバイト以来の、お店でのお仕事。。
カフェでは接客以外、タルトを無心でいっぱいつくってました♪
こんな感じ。。

今でもレシピを見なくてもつくれる！
本当に良い勉強をしちゃいました♪

LITSTA shop will open !
As I`ve been wanting to have our own shop, we could get the opportunity to have own shop at 2k540.

Outward appearance will be like photo 1.
And grand open is 10th Dec 2010.

At LITSTA shop,
We`ll do personal order mainly, selecting customer`s favorite material.
All items will be made in the shop.
So I`ll be able to try this shop style which is my long standing ideal !

First, I make samples which will be shown at the shop,
I go to purchasing of materials for future orders,
I design the interior,
I serch some nice furniture,
I arrange some small equipments.
And what should I do more ?

It`s service industry after a long time since I was high school student.
At that time, I was working at cafe.
In that cafe, I was making many tarts except waiting on customers.

Even if now, I can make this tart without recipe !
It was really nice experience for me ♪
